HƯỚNG DẪN CÀI OFFICE TIẾNG ANH + TIẾNG VIỆT TRÊN WINDOWS 7 64-BIT

GUIDE TO INSTALL OFFICE IN ENGLISH + VIETNAMESE ON WINDOWS 7 64-BIT

Bài hướng dẫn này áp dụng cho bộ cài Office 64-bit đã chuẩn bị sẵn, trong đó có đồng thời dữ liệu ngôn ngữ English (en-us) và Tiếng Việt (vi-vn).

This guide applies to a prepared 64-bit Office installation package that already contains both English (en-us) and Vietnamese (vi-vn) language files.

Ví dụ bộ cài được lưu tại:

Example installation folder:

C:\Office365Win7

Phiên bản Office sử dụng trong hướng dẫn:

Office version used in this guide:

16.0.12527.22286
64-bit

1. Kiểm tra bộ cài / Check the installation package

Mở thư mục:

Open:

C:\Office365Win7

Trong thư mục cần có tối thiểu:

The folder should contain at least:

setup.exe
install-en-vi.xml
Office

Tiếp tục mở:

Then open:

C:\Office365Win7\Office\Data\16.0.12527.22286

Kiểm tra có cả dữ liệu tiếng Anh và tiếng Việt.

Make sure both English and Vietnamese language files are available.

Ví dụ:

For example:

stream.x64.en-us.dat
stream.x64.en-us.dat.cat

stream.x64.vi-vn.dat
stream.x64.vi-vn.dat.cat

Nếu có cả en-us và vi-vn, bộ cài đã đủ hai ngôn ngữ.

If both en-us and vi-vn are available, the installation package contains both languages.

2. Kiểm tra file cấu hình / Check the configuration file

Nhấp chuột phải vào:

Right-click:

install-en-vi.xml

Chọn:

Choose:

Open with/Mở bằng → Notepad

Nội dung file nên như sau:

The file should contain:

  <Add SourcePath="C:\Office365Win7"
       OfficeClientEdition="64"
       Version="16.0.12527.22286">
    <Product ID="O365ProPlusRetail">
      <Language ID="en-us" />
      <Language ID="vi-vn" />

</Configuration>

Ý nghĩa:

Meaning:

  • OfficeClientEdition="64" = Office 64-bit
  • Version="16.0.12527.22286" = phiên bản Office cần cài / Office version to install
  • en-us = tiếng Anh / English
  • vi-vn = tiếng Việt / Vietnamese
  • SourcePath="C:\Office365Win7" = đường dẫn bộ cài / installation source path

3. Gỡ Office cũ nếu cần / Remove the old Office version if necessary

Nếu máy chưa cài Office, bỏ qua bước này.

If Office is not currently installed, skip this step.

Nếu máy đang có một phiên bản Office khác và muốn cài mới hoàn toàn, vào:

If another Office version is already installed and you want a clean installation, go to:

Control Panel/Bảng điều khiển → Programs and Features/Chương trình và Tính năng

Chọn Microsoft Office.

Select Microsoft Office.

Sau đó chọn:

Then choose:

Uninstall/Gỡ cài đặt

Sau khi gỡ xong, nên khởi động lại máy tính.

After uninstalling, restart the computer.

4. Mở Command Prompt bằng quyền Administrator / Run Command Prompt as Administrator

Nhấn:

Click:

Start

Gõ:

Type:

cmd

Nhấp chuột phải vào:

Right-click:

Command Prompt

Chọn:

Choose:

Run as administrator/Chạy với tư cách quản trị viên

Nếu Windows hỏi quyền, chọn:

If Windows asks for permission, choose:

Yes/Có

5. Chuyển đến thư mục bộ cài / Go to the installation folder

Trong cửa sổ Command Prompt, nhập:

In Command Prompt, type:

cd /d C:\Office365Win7

Nhấn:

Press:

Enter

Nếu đúng, dòng lệnh sẽ chuyển thành:

If successful, the command line should show:

C:\Office365Win7>

6. Bắt đầu cài Office / Start the Office installation

Nhập lệnh:

Type:

setup.exe /configure install-en-vi.xml

Sau đó nhấn:

Then press:

Enter

Office sẽ bắt đầu quá trình cài đặt từ bộ cài có sẵn trong:

Office will start installing from the local installation source:

C:\Office365Win7

Trong quá trình cài đặt không nên:

During installation, do not:

  • Tắt máy / Shut down the computer
  • Khởi động lại máy / Restart the computer
  • Xóa thư mục Office365Win7 / Delete the Office365Win7 folder
  • Rút USB nếu bộ cài nằm trên USB / Disconnect the USB drive if the installation source is on USB

7. Chờ cài đặt hoàn tất / Wait for installation to finish

Thời gian cài đặt tùy thuộc vào tốc độ máy.

Installation time depends on the computer.

Sau khi cài xong, mở:

After installation, open:

Start → Microsoft Office → Word

hoặc:

or:

Start → Microsoft Office → Excel

Nếu Word hoặc Excel mở bình thường, Office đã được cài thành công.

If Word or Excel opens normally, Office has been installed successfully.

CÁCH CHUYỂN OFFICE SANG TIẾNG ANH

HOW TO CHANGE OFFICE TO ENGLISH

Mở Word hoặc Excel.

Open Word or Excel.

Vào:

Go to:

Tệp/File → Tùy chọn/Options → Ngôn ngữ/Language

Tại mục:

Under:

Ngôn ngữ hiển thị Office/Office display language

chọn:

select:

English

Sau đó chọn:

Then choose:

Đặt làm ưu tiên/Set as Preferred

Đóng toàn bộ Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Close all Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications.

Mở lại Office.

Reopen Office.

Giao diện sẽ chuyển sang tiếng Anh.

The Office interface will now appear in English.

CÁCH CHUYỂN OFFICE SANG TIẾNG VIỆT

HOW TO CHANGE OFFICE TO VIETNAMESE

Mở Word hoặc Excel.

Open Word or Excel.

Vào:

Go to:

File → Options → Language

Tại:

Under:

Office display language

chọn:

select:

Tiếng Việt/Vietnamese

Sau đó chọn:

Then choose:

Set as Preferred/Đặt làm ưu tiên

Đóng toàn bộ ứng dụng Office rồi mở lại.

Close all Office applications and reopen them.

Giao diện sẽ chuyển sang tiếng Việt.

The Office interface will now appear in Vietnamese.

HOW TO SWITCH BETWEEN ENGLISH AND VIETNAMESE

Không cần cài lại Office.

You do not need to reinstall Office.

Chỉ cần vào:

Simply go to:

File/Tệp → Options/Tùy chọn → Language/Ngôn ngữ

Sau đó chọn một trong hai ngôn ngữ:

Then select either:

English
Tiếng Việt

Chọn:

Click:

Set as Preferred/Đặt làm ưu tiên

Sau đó đóng và mở lại Office.

Then close and reopen Office.

MỘT SỐ LỖI THƯỜNG GẶP

COMMON PROBLEMS

Lỗi 1: 'setup.exe' is not recognized

Nếu xuất hiện lỗi:

If you see:

'setup.exe' is not recognized as an internal or external command

Nguyên nhân thường là Command Prompt chưa ở đúng thư mục.

This usually means Command Prompt is not in the correct folder.

Chạy lại:

Run:

cd /d C:\Office365Win7

Sau đó:

Then:

setup.exe /configure install-en-vi.xml

Lỗi 2: Không thấy tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Việt

English or Vietnamese is missing

Kiểm tra thư mục:

Check:

C:\Office365Win7\Office\Data\16.0.12527.22286

Phải có dữ liệu của cả:

It should contain data for both:

en-us
vi-vn

Ví dụ:

For example:

stream.x64.en-us.dat
stream.x64.vi-vn.dat

Nếu thiếu một trong hai thì ngôn ngữ đó có thể không xuất hiện trong Office.

If one language is missing, it may not appear in Office.

Lỗi 3: File XML mở bằng Microsoft Edge

XML file opens with Microsoft Edge

Đây không phải lỗi.

This is not an error.

Windows có thể đặt Microsoft Edge làm ứng dụng mặc định để mở file .xml.

Windows may use Microsoft Edge as the default application for .xml files.

Muốn chỉnh sửa file:

To edit the file:

Right-click/Nhấp chuột phải → Open with/Mở bằng → Notepad

Lỗi 4: Không thấy đuôi .xml

The .xml extension is hidden

Mở File Explorer.

Open File Explorer.

Vào:

Go to:

View/Xem

Bật:

Enable:

File name extensions/Phần mở rộng tên tệp

Tên file đúng phải là:

The correct filename should be:

install-en-vi.xml

Không được là:

It should not be:

install-en-vi.xml.txt

Lỗi 5: Office không cài được do còn phiên bản cũ

Office cannot install because another version is installed

Vào:

Go to:

Control Panel → Programs and Features

Gỡ phiên bản Microsoft Office cũ.

Uninstall the existing Microsoft Office version.

Khởi động lại máy.

Restart the computer.

Sau đó chạy lại:

Then run again:

cd /d C:\Office365Win7
setup.exe /configure install-en-vi.xml

LỆNH CÀI ĐẶT NHANH

QUICK INSTALL COMMANDS

Nếu bộ cài nằm tại:

If the installation folder is:

C:\Office365Win7

Mở CMD bằng quyền Administrator và chạy lần lượt:

Open Command Prompt as Administrator and run:

cd /d C:\Office365Win7

Sau đó:

Then:

setup.exe /configure install-en-vi.xml

Chờ Office cài đặt hoàn tất.

Wait for the Office installation to complete.

Sau khi cài xong, bạn có thể sử dụng đồng thời Office tiếng Anh và tiếng Việt trên cùng một máy, đồng thời chuyển giao diện qua lại bất cứ lúc nào tại:

After installation, both English and Vietnamese Office interfaces are available on the same computer, and you can switch between them at any time from:

File/Tệp → Options/Tùy chọn → Language/Ngôn ngữ → Set as Preferred/Đặt làm ưu tiên.
