How to fill a formula from A6 to A5000 in Excel
Nếu bạn có một công thức tại ô A6 và muốn áp dụng công thức đó xuống đến A5000, có thể làm theo cách nhanh dưới đây.
If you have a formula in cell A6 and want to apply it down to A5000, you can use the following quick method.
Bước 1: Nhập công thức vào ô A6
Step 1: Enter the formula in cell A6
Ví dụ:
=IF(B6="","",SUBTOTAL(3,$B$6:B6))For example:
=IF(B6="","",SUBTOTAL(3,$B$6:B6))Bước 2: Chọn vùng từ A6 đến A5000
Step 2: Select the range from A6 to A5000
Chọn ô A6.
Select cell A6.
Sau đó bấm vào Name Box/Hộp tên nằm bên trái thanh công thức.
Then click the Name Box/Hộp tên located to the left of the Formula Bar.
Nhập:
A6:A5000Enter:

Lưu ý quan trọng
Important note
Nếu các ô trong vùng A7 đã có dữ liệu hoặc công thức khác, thao tác Ctrl + D sẽ ghi đè lên các ô đó.
If cells in A7 already contain data or other formulas, using Ctrl + D will overwrite them.
Vì vậy, nếu cần giữ lại một số công thức riêng, hãy chỉ chọn những vùng cần điền công thức.
Therefore, if you need to keep some existing formulas, only select the specific ranges where you want the formula to be filled.
